We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your plan and settings, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
